On behalf of the Town of Wilton (the “Town”), the Wilton Historic District and Historic
Property Commission (the “Commission”) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants with a
multi-disciplinary background to guide and provide a community-based feasibility and adaptive
reuse study for the Gilbert & Bennett Schoolhouse and Cluster Properties located at 49 New Street,
872 Danbury Road (also known as 7 New Street), and 31 New Street, Wilton, Connecticut (the
“Study”).
