Calling all Local Historic District Commissioners! Please join us for the FIRST statewide Local Historic District Workshop. We’ve found that sometimes the best way to empower commissioners is to let you all have the floor and learn from one another. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and problem-solve together in a collegial environment. Bring your thorniest issues and biggest successes. Staff from Preservation Connecticut and the State Historic Preservation Office will be there to give a brief refresher on LHD duties and responsibilities, guide the conversation, and answer any questions that you bring to the table.
