Drake House-a wonderfully intact Queen Anne-style residence-built ca.1886 for Wilbur Drake, an employee at the nearby H. Chapin & Sons tool works. The tour will begin on the Chapin Park green for a brief introduction and overview of several architecturally and historically significant houses built by members of the Chapin family. Tours of the Wilbur E. Drake House will be led by the current owners and include fascinating artifacts left by previous residents. Guests will also have the opportunity to view the original house plans and specifications drawn by architect Robert Wakeman Hill. Only $20 to come- don’t miss this unique opportunity!

Please meet in Chapin Park at 2:00PM. Parking is available on the street around the park. Space is limited so don’t delay!
