The Hamden Historic Properties Commission (HHPC) is seeking a professional who meets or exceeds the professional qualifications listed under the Secretary of the Interior’s Historic Preservation Professional Qualification Standards as expanded and revised in 1997 (62 CFR 33708, June 20) for the fields of Architectural History, Historic Preservation, or History to write a Multiple Property Documentation Form (MPDF) on Hamden’s earliest extant houses, as well as the National Register nomination for a single property (4016 Whitney Avenue) under the thematic context.
Proposals for furnishing the services herein listed will be received by HHPC member Paul Geary, who is the administrator for the funding for this project. Responses to the RFP must be emailed to the address provided at the end of this document. All submissions must be received by July 18, 2023.
