Opera House Players (OHP), a community theater in Enfield, Connecticut, is seeking a qualified Owner’s Representative/Project Manager to lead the historic renovation of our home at 100 High Street. This is a $3.2–$3.5 million rehabilitation project, supported by a CT DECD Urban Act Grant and projected historic tax credits, with SHPO Part 2 approval already secured. The engagement spans 18–24 months, targeting a 2027 reopening, with compensation in the $35,000–$75,000 range depending on proposed scope and fee structure. We’re looking for candidates with strong contract administration and budget management experience; historic rehabilitation project history is strongly preferred.
