The Glendower Group, Inc. is seeking Qualifications from qualified architectural firms to provide professional design services for the substantial rehabilitation of George Crawford Manor located at 90 Park Street, New Haven, CT. The Project is a renovation of a multi-residential development built in 1962 containing 109 units. The Project is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and will be seeking Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits; therefore, all rehabilitation work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation with applications submitted to the Connecticut State Historic Office (SHPO) and the National Park Service (NPS). The selected Architect will work with Glendower’s historical consultant to develop design and specifications that conform to these requirements.
