The Town of Newtown is seeking proposals from firms for the mixed use development of up to two existing buildings on the Fairfield Hills Campus in Newtown, CT 06470.
A Q&A session and limited building access will take place on Friday, March 19th at 1:30 PM in the Newtown Municipal Center Council Chambers, at 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT 06470. Interested firms should respond to rick.spreyer@newtown-ct.gov to confirm interest in attending.
Respondents are required to submit four (4) double-sided copies and one electronic copy of a sealed Proposal by no later than April 20, 2021 at 4:00 PM at the Finance Department, Newtown Municipal Center, 3 Primrose Street, Newtown, CT 06470, clearly marked with “Fairfield Hills Mixed Use Developer Proposal” and the name and contact information of the respondent. Proposals received after that date and time will be rejected.
