We are thrilled to announce the opening of the Edward F. Gerber Circuit Rider Fellow position! Thanks to generous support from PCT Trustee Edward F. Gerber, this position is a two-year opportunity to foster the early careers of public historians, historic preservationists, architectural historians, architects, engineers, community organizers, urban planners, and other professionals interested in historic preservation. The Circuit Rider Fellow will work closely with Preservation Connecticut staff to support statewide efforts to save, repair, rehabilitate, and adaptively reuse historic sites, while boosting local stewardship and policy development. They will contribute to the Circuit Rider Program by providing on-site technical assistance and guidance to preservation stakeholders throughout Connecticut including PCT’s exciting $6 million Washington Park Preservation Project in Bridgeport.
