Track Demolitions

We track demolition threats.

In fact, Preservation Connecticut is the only organization that tracks historic Building demolitions statewide. We invest significant staff resources to ensure that we are the first to know when a permit has been pulled for demolition on a historic property. Find out how you can stop a demolition. See below for the list of properties currently slated for demolition, along with the dates the demolition delay expires.
