The extant buildings of the former Hotchkiss mill complex date from the mid-1880s to the mid-1920s. The facade along Water Street follows the curve of the road and is made up of four separate two- and three-story buildings. Both buildings are contributing to the Water Street National Register District. More on Making Places website.
